Rural Spark Service Platform
A modern cloud based service platform manages the Pay As You Go (PayGo) integrated in our Router, allowing users to pay for the kit in instalments through local wallets and tokens to activate the kit, monitored through the platform.
The Rural Spark kit has a built in secure prepaid (PayGo) mechanism, allowing payment in instalments. Tokens to top-up the balance, required to activate the Router every set period, are automatically generated by the Service Platform upon receiving payment.
The system provides loan security to financial institutions, as the Router only works after payment. It offers direct insights to financial partners regarding the quality of loans, and operational tools for managing these loans.
The platform allows for live management, sales and stock overviews. Partners can use it to monitor customer payments, track the salesforce, and for anaytic reports.
The Rural Spark Service platform integrates with local mobile payment systems and digital mobile wallets, using secure payment methods that are locally embedded and known. Through SMS messages tokens are automatically provided to customers after payment.
The platform is accessible for field agents, right from their smartphone. It allows them to manage the whole process from sales, to adding a new customer to the network and managing payments and service. All agent operations are in his/her pocket.
Service & Support
The platform offers after sales support and client specific support on energy products. It also contains sales agent training materials, videos and support. Within the platform, personal details and history of each individual end user is accessible, allowing for personal service and after sales.
Rural Spark offers a service and retail platform working together with the Rural Spark Router and existing infrastructure of distribution partners and payment providers . The platform tracks & triggers payments, activates systems, provides service, facilitates marketing campaigns directly to users and makes the money flow transparent for distribution partners. It allows for direct customer interactions through SMS (multi language voice messages included) and gives real-time management insights.
